She has an established record of co-creating, developing, delivering, and evaluating initiatives with community, not-for-profit, public, and private sector organisations aimed at addressing complex societal challenges and advancing social, economic, and environmental sustainability.

Vita’s career across Asia, the Pacific, Europe, and Australia includes experience with for-purpose, non-profit, private, and public organizations, guided by collaboration, equity, and social justice. In her role with Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand, Vita is leading the further development and scaling of responses, alongside partners, that go beyond financial inclusion and aim to build financial health and wellbeing for women, girls and families nationally.
